It was a woman reporting the disturbance. I'm not sure how good of a witness they would be. Dark outside and their description on the phone wasn't very detailed at all. I think it was in someone else's yard too. Just from what she said on the phone I would doubt she would be useful witness for anything other than what is recorded on the call anyways.Originally posted by Dr Strangelove View Post

Evidence seems to be mounting that, at the very least, Martin was not a passive participant in the confrontation. He may have even been the aggressor. That said - and this is not a legal opinion - I still think Zimmerman is in the wrong because there would have been no confrontation whatsoever had he not been following Martin around with a gun for specious reasons.Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.
