              Around 2.5% claim to not use contraceptives because their insurance doesn't pay for it. While about 10% of women at risk of pregnancy simply don't use contraceptives. This increases to about 40% of all women between 15-44.

                The correct response is to lower premiums on such individuals commensurate with the risk, not pay for the appointment.

                  2.5%? Why do they need insurance for 30 cent condoms?!

                  Hell, they give them out for free at the HIV testing places, schools, campuses, etc. They have people in the streets handing out free condoms.
