Feel relieved for her, that she got the care she needed.
A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.

But why stop there? Why not compare the employment savings of the new regulations to a fictional regulation which requires businesses to cut 100% of their staff and eat babies? Then we can really bask in the glory that is Obamacare!

Republicans would no doubt just respond that she's a black lesbian and therefor she should simply die. "Compassionate conservatism"

Yes, that's exactly what a Republican would say, verbatim.

One look at the hundreds of tea party signs tells me, yes, racism and homophobia are indeed central to the Republican self identity. As is hatred for the less fortunate even though most of the dumb asses voting for Republicans are the less fortunate. They're filled with embarassment & self hate mixed with a large dose of stupidity for not being able to figure out what's in their own self interest. "But the man says he hates ******s and gays and he'll stop abortion so it's ok if he guts my childrens' schools and makes sure my food stamps are cut off. I mean he won't really cut off a "real American" and instead just wants to dump the blacks, hispanics, and other people I don't like. We white "real Americans" deserve it but they don't."

There is substantial evidence that regulations which preferentially discriminate in favor of small business leads to more small businesses. Further, small businesses tend to operate far less efficiently than larger businesses. The conclusion is pretty self-evident.

A loss of efficiency creates more unemployment?

It won't work with the mandate either. The mandate tax costs less than getting health insurance.

If only they were well informed enough to get insurance without the government conditionally taxing them. Wouldn't you think that the risk of uterine cancer or some other life-threatening medical ailment would be sufficient?

See, I don't see why taxpayers (or insurers) should have to foot the bill unconditionally for people's health when they themselves don't seem to care that much about it.
