I already am a fatass. I mean I'm 5'9", 190 lbs, and have a belly and love handles on me. Like I said, I haven't done them in several months but I did test my 1RM for deadlift today. I finished off at 315lbs. 3 plates is alright considering I haven't trained this in a year and a half. Didn't test my squat which would be a lot lower.Originally posted by MRT144 View Post
