It's a measure of the ****ed up moral priorities of some, I guess.
A church has to see its money used to fund contraception for certain employees of its non-church related arms? HORROR!
A taxpayer has to see his money used to fund a war that's going to kill tens of thousands of people which he opposes on deeply-felt moral grounds? Suck it up, too bad.
Of course, that's ignoring the very utilitarian fact that increased access to birth control = fewer unwanted pregnancies = fewer abortions. I thought that would be a bigger priority.
But then again, most opposition to abortion is more about controlling women's bodies than actually caring about the ultimate fate of the fetus. Hmm, just like objecting to birth control...

How did you find out about our sinister plan? We were going to gain absolute control over the world's vaj supply, drive the price up, and live like kings! KINGS, I tell you!
You're an idiot, Boris. For starters, if you can't afford to buy condoms, you can't afford an abortion. Oh, unless you make catholic employers cover that, too.
