Cause most of you will be happy to know that I plan to take another long break from Apolyton OT.
My depression and anxiety has gone down dramatically since a couple months ago, to the point that I'm seeing my counselor now only once every three weeks and my psychiatrist said that if I keep improving or even just stay where I'm at for most part, in six months I could begin withdrawal from my meds.
Changes in my two prescriptions (no new meds, just change in dosage) really helped this improvement, along with having a freakin' job - a boring cleaning job in which I'm not paid enough to live on my own. But I'm EMPLOYED, and I am still looking and applying for better, more meaningful jobs out there - I'm trying to stay on top of my game now.
All you guys can break out the kegs of beer and bottles of wine and celebrate my absence.
