If they can't afford to maintain the place it very may be the case that they aren't good landlords. Good landlords fix the place up cheaply. Of course I don't think rent should be so low that a good landlord can't fix the place. Good accountants can crunch numbers cheaply. If they would only do it for a high wage they aren't good accountants.Comment

I don't know. What I'm saying that it's possible to set a cap on salaries for accountants that would only have a very small impact only the quality and quantity of accounting.
