I don't know. What I'm saying that it's possible to set a cap on salaries for accountants that would only have a very small impact only the quality and quantity of accounting. Hypothetically a salary could be capped so that there would be no other difference.

(By "entitled to" I mean that if somebody can't afford an accountant then they will be subsidized, or alternatively the accountant will be forced to "volunteer" X hours per year to assisting those who can't afford to pay him.) Should there also be a cap on how much accounting assistance somebody can receive, so that the wealthy won't be able to monopolize accountants for their own dastardly ends?
