You are that much of a dinosaur.

You are not the only dinosaur though. I do not use any form of online banking either.

At my bank, I noticed that they noted my atm transaction twice one day. Being an IT manager, I contacted their IS department and gave them the machine number and date in issue. They sent me a really nice thank you letter and a gift card.

I've not used offline banking since 1999. 12 years. There's no point. Further, online banking is FAR cheaper.
          Huh? Both are totally free?

            Not in the modern world.

It's hilarious people actually use these services and banks.

Pay bills, send money, pay for purchases — it's easy with a CIBC chequing account. Open an account through online or mobile banking or in person at any CIBC branch.

I don't think they are ever going to be able to introduces costs for current accounts here. They'd lose too much business.

And I do everything online, of course. Occasional phone call.

I made a phone call to my UK bank yesterday. I asked them to wire one penny to my credit card, which was interest on interest that I forgot about. Couldn't do it online, because I forgot my pass-sentence. Again.

They are subsidised by stupid people with overdrafts and other such charge inducing activities.

Or at least were until the OFT got involved.

And then the OFT lost on jurisdiction at the eleventh hour.
