I put it up before the playoffs started because I felt that this year's team would make the cup finals too.

And yet they made it out of the first round based on simple luck.

The Canucks were up 3-0 in the series, then came within a couple inches of losing the whole series in game 7 to the last-seed team.

It was a legendary collapse that the Canucks were VERY lucky to escape out of. The highest paid goaltender in the league was pulled in how many consecutive games? He lost enough trust that the coach even refused to start him in game 6, in favour of a rookie kid...
