I would hope so as it seems to be a no-brainer.
My wife and I rented a place that was otherwise great but which had french doors from the bedroom to the master and a non-sequestered toilet. I found I just ended up going to a different bathroomYou don't get to 300 losses without being a pretty exceptional goaltender.-- Ben Kenobi speaking of Roberto Luongo

Good list of things to look out for. I plan to stop by every weekend during construction to just ensure things are being done as expected...I live about 10 mins away right now."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

Not a bad size. I am in a city centre flat and this place has about 1400sqft (130m^2) and I have two spaces in an underground garage. I have quite a lot of space for one guy (perpetually single as per usual) but it does mean I can have an office. The location is great, all the shops within easy reach and the main train station is 10 minutes walk from here. I'm quite enjoying the lifestyle that not living in London affords meSpeaking of Erith:

No, I live on a lot less than that here. About 1/3rd. And your candy ass wouldn't make it a week in the "comfort" I live in here I'll bet
In the US I never spent more than $8k / year on personal expenses, and usually less. (Times when I was paying rent.)
