    BTW Albert, AAHZ lost 20 pounds and is down to 132, is going clean shaven again, and can feel staring eyes nearly everywhere... What do you think about that?

        6 miles 60 minutes 3 - 4 times a week.

            Depends, given the subject matter. Are the staring eyes on people, or on TV and walls too?
