koya, they have absolutely nothing to worry about with the dose they've gotten to now. Unless something catastrophic occurs (and that seems extremely unlikely, though Ogie is the one to ask for his view of this) they will not have anything to worry about.

Ignore reports of "radioactive steam" escaping, or dose rates exceeding government limits. There are no known health effects from the dosages being talked about for the general population
