Free (within Europe, with Euros). Other currencies I pay 1% margin fee on top of the market forex price.
With my English bank I pay a ridiculous amount of money. First 3 pounds international fees, and then 3% forex margin.Comment

You'd have to live in some sort of backward 3rd world country with no freedoms to accept having to pay any money from any ATMs, or have a limited number of withdrawals before having to do so.
Countries like the US or Australia, for example...

I pay nothing in Sweden irrespective of whose ATM, whether credit card or debit card.
Within the EU and withdrawing euros I pay an exchange fee (~1,5%) but nothing else. Other currencies or outside the EU it adds €4 per withdrawal.
The only real restriction is maximum ~€1800 within 4 days.Comment
