This about 6 miles from my house. Two days ago a two year old female mountain lion was hit by a car and killed. It's amazing how many of these large predators there are out there even in the suburbs.

Supposedly there is a big problem with wild horses out in east County's Anza-Berrigo Desert State Park. The state wants to thin the herd while PETA and other activists are going bat**** insane.
