The significant thing here is that this is all about ONE person's complaint.
We seem to have got ourselves into a situation where, in many countries, as long as someone, somewhere, claims to have been offended by something, we have to ban it. The tyranny of this should be obvious.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

The Canadian Broadcast Standards Council is a non-governmental, independent council.
It's a private sector creation without any teeth. Not sure why this is news or why anyone thinks this is worth being worried about. Bunch of busybodies being busy."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

I have to give a big to the radio stations playing Money for Nothing on loop."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

Yeah. They are actually encouraging a second complaint (one station is providing details on how to do it) in the belief the public outrage will cause a rethink of the decision by CBSC. They are probably right."I have never killed a man, but I have read many obituaries with great pleasure." - Clarence Darrow
