I'm glad you're siding with Ben, Asher. He's really one of the nicest and most awesome posters here.

Don't you get bored of trolling, Asher? We all know you hold nothing but disdain for the sport of football and have no interest in Doug Flutie the American."Flutie was better than Kelly, Elway, Esiason and Cunningham." - Ben Kenobi
"I have nothing against Wilson, but he's nowhere near the same calibre of QB as Flutie. Flutie threw for 5k+ yards in the CFL." -Ben Kenobi

Flutie's been on the cover of more cereal boxes than any other NFL athlete. He's second only to Steve Nash."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
Ben Kenobi: "That means I'm doing something right. "

Senate votes for cloture on DADT repeal
It's actually going to be repealed... wooooo!
As much as it pains me to thank Joe Lieberman for anything, he did good on this one.Tutto nel mondo è burla

Liberman was the driving force behind this. Him and Susan Collins really did something amazing on this bill!

Good news
Now Boris can join up and go to Afghanistan.
I've looked to see which republicans voted with the Dems (I'm assuming Snowe and the new guy from Mass) but didnt see who else.We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

Found it
Six GOP Senators voted in favor of repeal: Sens. Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe of Maine, Scott Brown of Massachusetts, Mark Kirk of Illinois, George Voinovich of Ohio and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska. Four senators did not vote: Sens. Jim Bunning of Kentucky, Judd Gregg of New Hampshire, Orrin Hatch of Utah and Joe Manchin of West Virginia. We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

Well Collins as well, since she was a big driver of the separate vote. And Murkowski was on record saying she'd vote for repeal.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

EDIT: Ah, see the list. Add Murkowski. But Manchin is a bit of a suprise, since he was vocally opposed before, and I guess he got cowed by Reid into just not voting.Tutto nel mondo è burla

Hatch is an interesting no vote, but then again he never seemed all crazed about "the gays"!“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
