Just because he chooses not to associate with a proper adjective doesn't mean that I'm going to start capitalizing the adjective he comes up with in order to satisfy retards like yourself.

If he's African American, Afro American or Negro then he gets to be a capital (the last case being borderline). If he's colored, black or a "person of color" then he doesn't.
