DanS: Yeah I've been eating nuts and cheese. I'm actually getting a little concerned that I'm taking in a bit too much Saturated Fat. I know it's not really as bad as people act like it is, especially if you exercise, but between 3/4-1 gallon of milk a day, a lot of meat, nuts, cheese, and olive oil, I'm taking in a lot of Saturated Fats. Which I think is also why I'm having appetite issues because saturated fats are so satiating.

Also, for doing what you want to do you don't need that much strength. What you need is endurance. Instead of trying to become a fat ass you need to be walking your ass off.

I know what I'm doing, Kid. Don't tell me what I need for the military. I don't feel like explaining the ins and outs of things. Just know everything is well thought out.
And you're crazy if you think taking in 4000 calories WITH the appropriate amount of exercise is going to make you fat. How much does Michael Phelps eat? How much do bodybuilders eat?
And it's more than possible. I've exceeded 4000 on a few occasions but it required me forcing down food. Basically, let me give an example of how it's definitely possible
Look, that's already 4020 calories. It's just that I pretty much will eat something like the 'breakfast' portion (oatmeal, sausage, and fruit and drink milk throughout the day) but then never feel like eating again til the next day (usually the next day at night; so I eat one meal like every 36 hours [of course, I squeeze in some vegetables somewhere along with the milk throughout the day).
Looking at it, I feel like a ***** because 4000 calories really is not that much food at all especially since I fairly easily polish off the milk. I got to buckle down and actually do it I guess.
