The reference to a fanny doesn't make any sense because men have them, too.

God, I sure hope not.
The UK fanny is an entirely different beast...

Stupid English for screwing up the language with bizarre definitions.
It's like an Englishman asking you for a ***...

Funny because Americans and Canadians are the ones who are universally understood by other English speakers but we can't understand half of what you Brits say.
To be fair. It's not just you Brits. Jamaicans have made the language into something unintelligible as well.

I'm going to place my hand theatrically upon my heart and confidently declare that more funny foreigners understand "The cat sat on the mat" than understand a Shakespearean soliloquy. Just don't try marketing it as something clever.
When we feel generous enough to include the Americans, we'll use appropriately simple terms to accommodate them.

Jamaicans don't speak English. They just took some of it and included that in their own language, called Patwa, which BTW is totally intelligible.
Jamaicans do speak English, although it's a unique dialect heavily influenced by Patois which is a sort-of English mixed with other influences, including West African, French, Spanish, and Carib languages but has an English base. Jamaican English and Patois are on a continuum, however, and the demarcation isn't particularly clear with your typical Jamaican fluent in both Standard Jamaican English and Patois. To say they're entirely different languages is a bit ridiculous. They're on a continuum, as you would expect in a relatively small country.
And Patois (and to an extent Jamaican English) are unintelligible to a typical American English speaker! In the US, it's a running joke kind of that Jamaicans are difficult to understand even when they're speaking Standard English!
Oh and do you even have any interaction with Jamaicans on a personal level, Dutch boy?

How would this be possible if Patois is so distinct from English?
Even many of the grammatical changes to English are synonymous to American slang differences... for example, to say I am going to the store, a Jamaican would probably say Me a go ta store. The American slang (at least here in Philly) equivalent might be I'm a go the store. The use of a for 'going to/will' is a common attribute of the two slang languages. Although I suppose you would say Ebonics and other slang languages are not English
(granted, Patois is a bit more different than Ebonics which doesn't have any other languages really influencing it so it is more like Standard English)
