Also. This is an odd statment to make considering that in this very thread I didn't dismiss the study Albert provided which showed no difference in testosterone levels.

I later linked two additional studies, one supporting the first one's conclusions and another saying something completley different and then concluded the picture is more complex and the science more unclear than I originally tought.

    To put it explicitly:
I have no real basis for claiming different testosterone levels are behind anecdotal gay Filipino attraction to White men.

Is this really not even the tiniest bit better than Ben?

Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.

Damn Heraclitus. You always DanS your posts but you do it 15-20 minutes after you first posted! Just so you know, most people don't re-read posts, so you're not gaining by doing that.

Do you pronounce "damn" as "Day-um"?

Selective force? You keep using these terms that imply genetically determined behavior.

If you mean that the state monopoly on violence creates conditions in which people are more easily indoctrinated to have restraint or that the other aspects of development and modernization which lead to overall happier people conditions people to not be hotheads, then yes, I agree.

If you mean that the state monopoly on violence results in selective pressure because convicts somehow don't have kids (what is the child rate of convicted criminals? How does it compare with law-abiding citizens?) and that hotheadedness is genetic so putting them in prison or having them kill each other causes hotheaded genes to become less prevalent in the population.... then hell no. That's all bull****.

In that case it would be a short, succinct damn... "damn Heraclitus!" If you see a fly honey with an itty bitty waist and a round thing in your face, then it's...

So two types of damn, Asher, used in different situations. You wouldn't say "DAYUM YOU!" Get it straight.

Realistically, I'm not ghetto at all by ghetto standards but am practically...

compared to the rest of you and probably the rest of Americans. When I was at OCS, guys from different parts of the country could tell that I was from the hood for the most part.

Being locked up for years with only Bubba as company is bound to produce a dent in baby making abilities right? Or at least did in times when prisoners had a shorter life expectancy than the general public and women who found them attractive where shamed.

Anyway most of human history people have not been as "kind" as we are today. You broke the rules in a Bronze age community you got killed or maimed or sold as a slave. You seem to be forgetting that children where hung in 18th and 19th century Britain for crimes as trivial as stealing a bread.

So If I understand you right you claim genes have no bearing on human behvaiour? Please explain how you square this with evidence for genetic causes that puts people at risk for mental ilness, drug use or alcoholism. And I like to see you argue that those don't influence the possiblity of someone being locked up.

Okay, to be more fair, you're like Ben in terms of having a narrow interest that you harp on given the slightest opportunity, cannot be dissuaded from, and is at least expressed in terms which sound highly offensive and outdated.

You're unlike Ben in that you understand the concept of intellectual honesty, and don't strawman as much or as badly.

What I find funny is that in the scheme of things, Slovenians are about as untermensch as you can get. Can anyone name a single Slovenian? Has a single Slovenian in the history of the world accomplished anything that had an effect on the world at all? Possibly the most obscure Balkan ethnic group and that's saying a lot (it's the freaking Balkans!).

I'm surprised he doesn't give much thought to the fact that in a few hundred years, the Slovenian language and culture will be extinct.

I only started the eugenics thing a few months ago. Before that I think I posted a lot about Transhumanism. Also don't forget game and (evil) relationship advice.

Anyway like I said in another thread this Eugenics thing will pass, they always do. Its already peaked in terms of disrupting my private life (like always I wasted ~two weeks shut in obsessivley reading and researching it, ingoring social and academic obligations). I've returned to normal, now I just hope I'll slowly be able to overcome the urge of dragging this and related subjects up in every second conversation I have.
