Thank god, I don't rely on a geek web site for fashion advice. I'd be poor and single.
Not including the comments from the gay community of course.
I highly beg to differ. All Asher and MrFun wear are jeans and t-shirts all the time.

for men: A combination of collared shirt (such as a dress shirt or polo shirt), cotton trousers (such as khakis or dress jeans) with a belt, and dress shoes (such as loafers) with socks is generally acceptable
It's 2010, KH & Drake. Get with it.
They're just too East Coast to change now.

The jokes on me though. CyberShy said my change is the last name change until the new server So I'm stuck with this.

That was implied. East Coast tech companies? Pshaw.
I bet even IBM has a more relaxed dress code than any bank anywhere.
When I worked at IBM, we wore jeans and t-shirts (and hoodys in the winter). But I worked at a dedicated 2,500-person software lab in a campus setting.
The corporate HQ in Toronto was business casual...with lots of polo shirts.
When I worked at the Lehman offices in Manhattan I wore full suits. I can see why KH may be confused how the rest of the world treats office dresscodes.

I guess I'm too old fashioned. Torn does not equal dress for me.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

I said non-torn. They need to be clean, straight, and not bleached, torn, weirdly coloured, etc.

Yep. Dress jeans are in now. Straight, non-bleached/torn, etc.
Those are fine for going out (when paired with a jacket), but for work?
Bunch of frickin' nerds.
