If it's by John Lennon after he left the Beatles, I actually feel even more comfortable hating it. He was always my least favorite because of the Yoko Ono thing. Heard Working Class Hero once, it didn't do much for me. But it wasn't odious like "Imagine."

Thanks for that Laz, I'd forgotten what a good song that was. Well, I hadn't, but it's been a while since I listened to it.

Despite the fact I love the Beatles, I hate Hamburger Hill. Other godawful dirges include: Ironic - Allanus Morisette, I got a feeling - Black Eyed Peas (it's omnipresent, and partially ruined the IPL for me), anything by Ant and Dec, Earth Song - Michael Jackson (where did all the talent disappear to?), The star-spangled banner - Key/Smith (sorry to all the American patriots, but it's rubbish, whatever it may mean to you), anything by Aqua, all Eurovision songs (except Lordi), God save the queen/king - uncertain (see the star-spangled banner for apologies), Ode to joy - Beethoven (not really a song, but also omnipresent, especially in adverts for products totally inappropriate to the choice of music), C'est la vie - B*witched ("what are you like?"), etc...
