I know a lot of artsy people like to get their collective panties in a twist every time something in the world happens, but take a realistic outlook on things.

These reports are not checked on a regular basis and people don't call around to various government offices asking if there's a new death certificate for Joe Smith. Anyone who thinks this should be part of a regular process is clearly an idiot.

I've made more then a few health and safety plans as well as environmental impact reports and supervised others doing the same. The truth is that was just some low paid fresh out of college kid cutting and pasting out of an old report to create the new report.
