  • How are YOU telling BP to go **** itself?

Really, just an excuse for me to post this image:

I used to go to BP stations all the time, as they were the most convenient to my home and work, but I've started using other stations. The wife is investigating possibilities of going down to the coast to scrub pelicans.

I try to avoid BP stations myself, within reason.

With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

Ive always thought of BP as a 3'rd rate oil company next to giants like Exxon and Shell.

Seeing their epic blunders now shows us why.

BP stations don't make BP money in any event.

          Like the pic.

Well, you must admit that BP works hard to get the the same level of oilspill disasters as exxon and shell have.

                  Ahem. BP was originally Anglo-Iranian.

I go to the station that is most convenient and given the option between two equally convenient gas stations I take the one with the lower price. I feel like this makes more sense than artificially biasing myself especially considering BP stations are franchised, and they might not even get their gas from BP (as far as I know).

Well I am bicycling to work.

Economic analysis shows that my personal reduction in consumption will result in a0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000243 % reduction in the price of oil by end 2012 which over the next 20 years will have an aggregate financial impact on BP of $ 0.00003

So I am really hitting them hard !!

I passed a BP solar plant on the way to Pittsburgh a few weeks ago and wondered if it was still helping their reputation.
