I can't be bothered to click the link but there must be something in there about emotional distress of some kind. These tribunals are all about hurt feelings.

And boy are my feelings hurt.

Are your feelings hurt bad enough to warrant traveling to BC to pursue this?

        Principles cost money.

          They can teleconference.

          I am a busy man.

If alternative arrangements can be made then you may be able to do it cheaper.

Keep in mind testimony via video link is no where near as compelling as in person.

              I can cry real good.

I'm a bit too traumatized to travel at the moment.

Wait until you return to AB then engage in a new outrageous discussion with Ben and file with the AB HRC. Make Ben do the travel.

I was wondering that. What's the jurisdiction?'

                    Can I file in AB?

Do you think there'd be any legal issue if I filed a complaint every time Ben broke any part of the code?

You are combining HRC with internet law. I don't swim in those ponds.

Is the jurisdiction where he is, where you are, where the server is, or anywhere Poly OT is available? Haven't a clue.

You can try to file most anywhere. See if they accept it.

Multiple complaints? Depends on if you want to be seen as abusing the system.

I accepted Ben's apology via PM.

I bet you didn't get one. Proof or it doesn't exist; I'm sure Ben won't object

I'm not falling into that trap. The rules are very clear.
