  • For some reason I always imagined Kuci to look something like this.

It's present tense, barbarian. The fact that my scanner isn't working is an issue I am commenting on in the ongoing here and now.

      • There's a present subjunctive. Your usage was incorrect, though in some degenerate dialects of English it may be accepted.

        • It's now lecturing me on how to make language grating and graceless through pedantic submission to the most unwieldy grammatical conventions.

This is the kind of arrant pedantry up with which I will not put.

          • "If ... were" is not only the correct form, but also better-sounding. By contrast, the hanging preposition often sounds much more natural than the "proper" form.

Prove that with an equation. And make it impressive.

              • 97% of people prefer proper use of the subjunctive in that case, while the other 3% are busy sucking their own dicks.

                97 > 3.

                QED.

                • Kuciwalker...can you, you know, get a life or something?

And another point, how many more f**king times can Gordon Brown say the word "crucial" before I scream!

                    • I recognised the name Rees-Mogg, but couldn't place, but then found this:

Ali G: "So what if you got busy with my sister? You wouldn't like it 'cos she ain't the cleanest girl out there! Um, well it can be arranged. She'd be keen!"
Rees-Mogg: "You speculating on my having a relationship with somebody I've never met and that leading to a child being born and then as to what class it might be is so..uh..far fetched..um..as to be ridiculous. I have no idea what.."
Ali G: "What? You think you is too good for my sister?"
                      Rees-Mogg: "Certainly not. No I wouldn't dream..."
Ali G: "You is. No, you is though. She's is rank. She's nothing. Believe me, even my mum cuss her, tell her she's a slag!"

I think I may have seen that.

Exactly! I'm just imagining how much happier I would be if I was capable of sucking my own dick!
Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

This is what I think of when I think "British".
Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.
The simple suggestion of a true change scandalizes and terrifies modern man. -Nicolás Gómez Dávila
