    Ah what a happy coincidence that someone with such well known racist views as Heraclitus has just posted his overwhelmingly UKIP/BNP voting preferences:

    A UKIP parliamentary candidate has been reinstated after posting racist remarks on a social care website.

    Mr Wiffen, chair of UKIP London, said: "You left-wing scum are all the same, wanting to hand our birthright to Romanian gypsies who beat their wives and children into begging and stealing money they can gamble with, Muslim nutters who want to kill us and put us under medieval Sharia law, the same Africans who sold their Afro-Caribbean brothers into a slavery that Britain was first to abolish (but you still want to apologize for!)"

    Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

          Here's the breakdown of your results

          * Labour 33.33%
          * Conservatives 33.33%
          * Green Party 33.33%

          How unhelpful.

            Voting green dosen't seem that bad an idea, like its been pointed out they seem to be sort of leftist. Antihumanist leftists if such a thing is even possible.

            In the US I guess this puts you firmly behind more liberal democrats since America is more right wing overall.

                Liberal Dems seem a pretty good left alternative to labour to someone on the outside. Who would you vote for in this election if you where a Brit?

                  Probably liberal democrats. Yeah, it would be a "wasted vote" and I think conservatives are a lot worse than labour, but labour needs to be punished for what it's become.

                    You guys could vote the greens into power and see how they transform under the weight of responsibility. That's what we did a couple of years ago.

                          Wouldn't it be something if we knew an MP?

                              Knowing a British MP is like knowing an American state senator. Big ****ing deal.

                                we're already seeing the start of battle for the soul of the labour party. for example, the selection rows between blarites and left wing candidates, the 'election' speeches by david milliband and ed balls, which read more like pitches for the leadership, post electoral defeat. it's the debate that labour wanted (and probably needed) to have after blair quit. for all that, it's pretty unedifying, basically people arguing about whether they should go back to 1994 or 1979.
