    • I had read something similar somewhere else - that people find it difficult to recognize higher intelligence in others, but they can tell when others are of the same or lower intelligence pretty accurately.

      • That cannot be. People often say I am smarter than they, and I'm convinced they are correct.

        A stupid person must have wrote what you read; they could not discern why noone said "hey man, you're really smart", and so... that line of crap.

              I never made it before, but the point I am making is that insurance companies that are forced to take on people with pre-existing conditions will simply raise premiums for everyone else in order to mitigate the increased risk.
