As far as I can tell you're whining about some posters in exactly the manner that you're complaining about them - I mean what do you think your achieving by complaining about personal attacks on family members by attacking Oerdin's sister?

You're the one trying to exploit people with birthday threads. Kind of pathetic, but I never got the impression that they were sincere. Which is why I always stayed away and petitioned for them to be closed back when moderation was nearly crazy enough to do it.

Anyway, Sloww, you should really rethink the ignore list. It's not about cowardice. It's about self-control. You want to prove that you can handle it, but you clearly cannot. Unless you're trying to give yourself another heartattack. It doesn't matter what people say, you go off on them for the slightest thing that you disagree with. You say you want discussion, but too many of your posts are just driveby insults and telling people to shut up. You never offer a counter argument, you never try to engage in discussion. You just insult and cry about people insulting you back. As I said before, if you can't ask other people to do what you are unwilling to do. And since you won't control yourself, I suggest you use the ignore list. For your health, at the very least.

If you volunteer during a fight, then kudos.

Otherwise, chances are, you're only there by accident of timing. Respect then needs to be earned for actually doing something.
