Publicist says Zsa Zsa Gabor in critical condition

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Zsa Zsa Gabor's publicist says the 93-year-old actress is hospitalized in critical condition after surgery to replace her right hip.

Publicist John Blanchette says he spoke to Gabor's husband on Thursday and was told she was not doing well in the wake of her weekend surgery.

However, Blanchette said Friday that he has not yet spoken to her doctor to confirm her condition. He says she was heavily sedated.

Gabor broke her hip last Saturday when she tumbled out of bed while watching television when she tried to answer a telephone at her Bel-Air home.

The Hungarian-born actress was partially paralyzed in a 2002 car accident.

WASHINGTON — Veteran reporter and commentator Daniel Schorr, whose hard-hitting reporting for CBS got him on President Richard Nixon's notorious "enemies list" in the 1970s, has died. He was 93.

Schorr died Friday at a Washington hospital after a brief illness, said Anna Christopher, a spokeswoman for National Public Radio, where Schorr continued to work as a senior news analyst and commentator.

It's strange the post was removed. The poster ("Jimmy" I think it was) only had the one post and he wasn't trying to sell sneakers.

Of course I'm senile (I'm over 20) but I talk to my cats instead of the furniture.

He was definitely selling something. His sig was a link to some spammy thing. And his comment really didn't make much sense, so it was an obvious spam bot.

Not that I saw anyone of course. Besides your random comment addressed to no one. But if I had seen this mystery "Jimmy" you are referring to, he would have been an obvious spambot.
