        • Yes. I forgot to post that; figured he wasn't listed. I met Solomon and spent about an hour with him back around 2000 at a music industry event. A very cool guy, easy to talk to, dignified and remarkably humble. Not to mention, he had these amazing pipes, even just hearing his speaking voice. A vastly underappreciated artist IMHO.

          RIP.

Soul and R&B superstar Solomon Burke has passed away of natural causes at age 70 in Amsterdam.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame singer, best known for “Everybody Needs Somebody to Love,” died on Sunday at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport after a flight from Los Angeles.

              • Speaking of obscure musicians and death, T. Lavitz, keyboardist for the Dixie Dregs, Jazz Is Dead and others, has passed away at age 54. I hate when they're younger than me.

                RIP.

                    • The scoreboard has been updated. Sorry for the delay.

Tony Curtis was aged 85 and a unique pick for Winston (Rank 8).

                      (171-8) + (100-85) + 25 = 203 points

                      -------------------

Sir Norman Wisdom was aged 95 and a pick of 4 teams

                      solomwi (1) = 175 points

-Jrabbit still leads with a pack of players just behind.

                      • -Jrabbit - You may notice your total only increased 152 points instead of 162. Somewhere in the earlier updates you were awarded an unearned 10 points. I don't know how or where but I noticed/corrected the mistake with this update. I think you will find your current total is correct.
