I have a 20-25 minute walk home from work, so I wear a pair of sweats over my jeans and a balaclava for my face and some real quality mitts. But for regular running around, just gloves and my winter jacket. No one can wear SHORTS AND SANDALS WHEN IT IS BELOW 30 DEGREES. NO ONE. I am going to try it right now actually since I need to attend a speech by one of my old colleagues that I actually thought died five months ago. I expect it will be very uncomfortable (I will be OUTSIDE FOR ROUGHLY FIVE MINUTES EACH WAY THANKS)

Admittedly, I was wearing a short-sleeved button-down shirt over the t-shirt.
But really, the only long-sleeve shirts and pants I have here are dress clothes.Comment
