Try again... Obama's margin of victory came from the under 45 group, but more specifically, the under 30 crowd. Obama LOST to the over 45 group. If you break it down to boomers and non boomers, and use age 45 as the cut off, then YES, the boomers went to McCain. The minor one percent advantage Obama had in the 45 to 64 group is more than offset by the other boomers in the 64 group.

How hard is it for you to understand that every age-group besides the elderly went for Obama and that every age-group besides the elderly is therefore responsible for Obama's victory? Your attempts to put all the blame for a baby boomer president (who won the baby boomer age demographic) onto younger generations is stupid and dishonest. I would expect nothing less from you.

Is it too hard for you to understand the numbers... the under 45 age group gave Obama more than his margin of victory... the over 45 age group voted for McCain. That's a fact based on exit polls.

Obama won by about 9.5 million votes... The under 45 age group gave Obama a 10.2 million advantage... The math is really very simple.

And in the 45 - 65 group, the polls show 50 - to 49 percent... but in all polls and research, the margin of error could swing those numbers any which way... so at best, it's a push. On the other hand, the rock star believing under 30 group, that again, gave Obama 83% of his margin of victory, voted an overwhelming 66% for Obama.

The CNN story saying that the youth of America put Obama in the White House is simply the facts.

In this situation, there is nothing else you can look at. Feel free to post the facts that you are basing your "proof" on. But I highly doubt you can find an exit poll that shows something much different from what I found.
