They are posting links on their profile (homepage). Then they post on the forums and their username is a link to their profile. You should nofollow the username and homepage links. This will deter some of them (they're always looking for sites without nofollow) and keep you from having poly's reputation damaged in search engines for linking out to nefarious sites.

It's getting pretty terrible lately indeed.
It's a bit stupid as well since these bots aren't even able to post links, but apparently they're not even aware of that.

I'll see if I can update the anti-bot system.

After multiple complaints over the weekend I've closed a load of Docfeelgood's quasi-racist threads, most of which were borderline but there were a lot of them and I don't think any thread will be missed.

Also sent him a warning saying that if he keeps it up we'll have to ban him.
