    Comeback? It never went away.
Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Hey, I got nothing wrong with people shouting down their leaders. It was the pushing, shoving, beating, scratching, etc. that was problematic. Your side is rather uncivil.

The question is why do the media and others keep calling these protests phony? They don't seem to be any different than protests, for various issues, organized by the left. I've been to plenty of leftist protests, these folks don't seem any more or less nutty.

How does one determine a protest is "real" vs. "phony"?

AFAIU, these shenanigans have been organized by moneyed interests, the talking points have been generated by PR firms, and organizations like FOXNEWS have engaged in a circular style of news generation in order to get this hype going...

this isn't a bunch of people at the community level, organizing and going out to places on their own... like a real protest would be
To us, it is the BEAST.

I'm glad you are here to tell us what a real protest is and isn't

Do you have a reference for that claim, or is it just opinion?

I don't think Ozzy was necessarily denying the above; rather, the question is why left-leaning protests with the same characteristics are/were treated differently.
                  Unbelievable!

Can he provide a specific example?

The same outlets that I've seen reporting on this: CNN, MSNBC; also reported, during the Bush years, when MoveOn.org would bus people in during Bush administration events and such

so I'm not really understanding how this is being unfairly covered... but if someone wants to provide me with an example, that's cool

Has the act of putting your ballsac in someone's mouth been banned or something? Why would they riot?

well, when people are getting paid to go out and protest, or being organized by people who are paid to organize protests... it just kind of seems, well, fake

because they are crazy and stupid... and probably drunk or on (or maybe off) medication

                            So where is the riot?

You mean like Green Peace? Anything worth protesting is going to be attended by groups whose whole existance is to protest things  The only thing that constitutes "phony" would be giving people a twenty to protest when they normally wouldn't.

In any case, the "phony" hype is from a fabricated memo that the CNN/MSNBC instantly declared was proof of high level orchestration that was later debunked. Unfortunetly they have their talking points now, so it persists.
