It's the new fancy spell checking feature. Did you know that if you right click on the words with red lines that it tells you the correct spelling?

I never see those red lines unless my spellcheck has been set to US spelling. And then, the computer is just plain wrong

AFAIK, Green Peace is not a moneyed interest, per se, I mean, not the way I am thinking of it... I could be misusing the term. When I think Green Peace, I think hippies... and not rich hippies. But dirty, crazy hippies.

This is totally unrelated. Do you eat a lot of paint chips?

this isn't a bunch of people at the community level, organizing and going out to places on their own... like a real protest would be
In one sense you are absolutely correct, ideologue driven community organizers are the bane of true political process.

How does one determine a protest is "real" vs. "phony"?
If people are paid to go protest, it's phony. There are some saying that the insurance industry is behind some of these protests. I doubt it myself, but they may be in the mix, taking advantage of the situation Glenn Beck has created. Most of these folks, I think, are genuine protesters.

I'm sorry. Did you have some news to report? I don't read the rantings of crazy people (blogs and such). Come back when you have something real. Until then, I'll pose the paint chip question to you.

Greenpeace is hardly a monied interest.

You should think rich people with nothing better to do. Perhaps you would prefer PETA or Sierra Club as examples?

Is ideologue a bad word? You must watch too much O'Reilly. Without people who subscribe to a particular philosophy, we wouldn't have politics at all. While that may be a good thing, it fails to take into account the reality that every single human being believes in something... and is on some level, an ideologue! *GASP
