How short was he? Are we talking 160 cm short? Or just 170ish cm short?

I don't know, but since it was the second descriptive factor given by a witness, he must be quite noticeably short. I'd wager around the 160-165 cm short range.

This could also be a factor:

Like I said, I literally don't know ANY guys that short. The shortest guys I know are like 5'5 or so (165cm). 170cm is still short enough that the first description to come to my mind would be "short".
