Well with all the skepticism about my background, I will say that I don't believe you take care of anyone at all. That from the way you act I wouldn't trust you with a 14 year old cactus let alone children.

READ THE TOP: US STANDARD

You really are slow. There is no US standard and each of the 50 states has its own. The Federal government does print a base line standard from which all 50 states must be based on but unless you are born on a military base no one uses the Federal form. This has been explained to you several times. That you continue to be obtuse tells me that you are deliberately being so because no one could possibly be as stupid as you are pretending to be.
