Yes, and lots of people listen. It's akin to the underground nerd radio from high school that plays Weird Al and They Might Be Giants 24/7. Lots of fans, but no one you'd like to have a beer with.

Back in the day, no one would listen. People do now? What is the attraction? I only remeber his first attempts. Did the episodes get snappier?
It got easier due to podcasting. Now people can listen to the things on their iPods automatically while on the bus or in line at a brothel.
