I've been working and noticed the usual suspects (Drake, Patty) are engaging in personal attacks. Good to see somethings never change.

David Schuster went over the hows and whys of tea bagging partisan origin, the money trail, and the partisan lobbying groups which actually ran the whole thing.

Oh, and check at the video on this blog of Fox News where Cavuto, off camera, says he thinks there are about 5k people at this tea bagging but then when he goes on camera he claims it is 15,000. I'm sure that would be one of the "media stories" which 538 was counting. 538 is by far the highest estimate out there so it's clear why certain people like it but most estimates are between 1/3rd and 1/5th of 538's number. 538 even admitted that he had no way to verify the numbers and was just trusting that other people were right. Not a good sign.

I thought the protests have and had a very strong Ron Paul element. I for one am more mad at the big spending Republicans than the Democrats, wrt the bailout. Since they basically took a shakedown to pay off Goldman Sachs, since they conceded a fundamental point (one where the public would back them up) and led to the slippery slope of several trillion of bailouts. In contrast, remember Paul O'Neil (who didn't last in Bush White House) telling Rubin that he would not bail out Enron.

As far as I'm concerned, I hope some Goldman guys die. Literally. And I'm more and more in favor of seccesionist movements.

Yeah, I do. I found a new place which is way better then South Beach Bar & Grill. It's a taco truck called Mariscos German in Logan Heights, we should go there next time you're in town. Their smoked marlin tacos are awesome especially with a hot just made tortilla and that crema sauce.
