Yeah, the staff are strict about their dress code in Chicago.

We had a temp guy once who was told that the office attire was "smart casual" (basically in a British office this means that the men don't need to wear a tie). He turned up in a Metallica t-shirt, some of the lowest crotch jeans I've ever seen with a chain on that dragged the floor. He didn't last until lunchtime.
