20 years ago today.......

    20 years ago today.......

    I joined the Navy.

    I'd be retired now, and able to go to my grandmother's funeral tomorrow.

    But, I wouldn't have the Mrs. and my wonderful kids.

    ACK!
    Don't try to confuse the issue with half-truths and gorilla dust!

      This is what I mean. If you changed one thing, it would change all. Retiring from the circus would be nice, BUT...

            That really sucks they didn't give you the time off.

                Just struck me...20 years ago was 1989!

                1989..just doesn't seem like one of those 'I remember 20 years ago' dates.

                      I thought this was going to a thread about the origins of the World Wide Web. I suppose Tuberski joining the navy is just as significant, though.
