The Wire is awesome, but kind of challenging - the dialect is thick and major plot points occur without any hand holding. It's definitely easier to follow watching it in one big chunk than it is as a weekly series.
If you get a chance, Deadwood is really good. The dialogue has a Shakespearean flavor to it, which contrasts beautifully with the muck and the murder.
Personally I'm hooked on Lost and reefer. But reefer's not addicting, so I'll just say Lost.John Brown did nothing wrong.Comment

I'm watching DVD episodes of the first Stargate series. Never saw the series so this is my first time watching it. I'm enjoying it so far.
