They're not done making their money in at Goldman and JPM yet. Why leave when the money from government is flowing so readily and easily?

Only if I believed that:

a) Fuller staffing of the Treasury would improve the Treasury's response
and
b) The Senate gives a **** about how good the Treasury's response is
