But on the other hand "cage" implies imprisonment. In contrast the White House means empowerment to most, though many former Presidents might think of its responsibilities as a figurative prison. Would the comment be from someone on the left glad to see the monkey gone, or someone on the right glad to see the monkey liberated from the stress?
