They're not capable of aiming, that's the whole point. What I mean is, ATM you only stand at risk of being killed by a drunk behind the wheel if you're near a road yourself. With CarPlanes (TM), anybody anywhere can be killed by some dude who's had one too many. Well, not yet, since they cost nearly two hundred grand, so only celebrity drunkards like Lindsay Lohan would be able to endanger us in that fashion.
