Trolling's wrong if it's disruptive to others, but whether that's morally wrong, or ethically wrong, or just wrong from an efficiency viewpoint - I couldn't tell you.
I do think that in forums that are set up by private individuals and run through their own dollar and their own effort, users should treat it and each other with respect. I tend towards giving the owners and the mods more freedom to control the discussion than I would tend towards a First Amendment right.
(Don't get me wrong - I am a strong supporter of the First Amendment and I think it's an essential part of a liberal participatory democratic system. I'm just not sure that it applies to websites that are essentially private entities.)"lol internet" ~ AAHZComment

Ahh, now I see it. Actually until Asher mentioned it, I hadn't even thought to look for what symbol it was. Being a mod I have to look at a lot of stupid threads regardless of whether I posted in them or not. If I'm short on time I usually just check out threads that were started by our normal suspects or if they're listed as the last poster. (yes you guys know who you are
