An introduction to anyone outside Northern Europe or perhaps even larger area... kiddie molesters and all the likes are free to walk in here. That is, even if they rape a million kids, they will get out in few years. AND, they can lurk all they want, and it's not enough to throw them in jail or even hinder or slow it down.

These are just facts.

This is kind of common place, I remember multiple cases when I was a kid and we got this note from school, that thsi and this car, avoid it, it's a known pedophile, just got back from jail and is lurking around the school again.

Calling the cops is a must but the fact is, this is what can be done: notify people with kids in the area, so they KNOW. I remember one summer when we couldn't go for a swim because this known molester was there with his car, luring kids. I mean, there's nothing anyone can do about it with our legal mechanisms. It took few weeks until the dude left because no kids were allowed to go there.

And yes, the cops know them and they go and give them a warning that we know who you are, we know you're at it again, and we're watching you and if someone gets molested, we'll get you first. But that's about it.

There was this one known molester close to our neighbourhood once, everyone knew it, just everyone. Then one time, some guy got tired of him living in the neighbourhood, rang the doorbell and cut him up with a knife. That's how it always ends. No oen can do anything, and them some frustrated person goes and uses violence and they go to prison instead.
