    I die every summer here.

It's terrible. It was 40 ****ing degrees the year before last, with 90% humidity. It's like living in a marathon runner's armpit.

Though it is nice that the coldest it gets is -5 or -10C in winter.

Baltimore smells like an armpit, as well.

If you move to Seattle, you can play with Lancer.
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

I've never noticed any smell except when standing right on the waterfront (my house is a half block from the harbour and we don't get any smells there).

It's certainly nothing like New York level smelliness.

Hard to beat the Bay Area, if you can afford it.

San Jose Sharks and Joe Thornton are a lot of fun to watch.

They're okay. I've been to half a dozen games or so, back when it was simply the Shark Tank and not named after a low-quality desktop PC.

Joe Thornton is tremendously overrated. He's no Iginla.
And Dan Boyle is no Phaneuf...

I think you would prefer Bay Area (I would too), but they are both extremely livable places.

Amy thoughts about Vancouver? I think that city is stunning.

It's a ****ing ****hole with a pretty view.

I hate the city. Rains all the ****ing time, the people there are as dense as you'll ever meet when they're not high, and good luck finding someone there that speaks English without making you want to kill yourself.

Old people retire there, and C-grade students go to school there.
